Go on retreat in your own home!  Get a babysitter, turn your phone off, find a private room and immerse yourself in a super fun, supportive, safe environment.  Learn new ways to take care of yourself, generate healing and relieve stress!

Join these fabulously amazing women for a retreat of self discovery, movement and healing.

Retreat Schedule
Come to as many or few classes as you wish.  After each session there will be Q&A with the session provider and community time. Plan for a break in between each session on Saturday.  You will use the same Zoom link for ALL sessions.

Friday

Introductions- You will have a chance to introduce yourself, where you are from and a fun fact about YOU.  Learn a little bit about each of your session providers and set the intention for the weekend.
Needed for session: Journal/notebook, pen

Chilled Groove with Kerrie- A slow movement, easy to follow Groove Dance class.
Needed for session: ALL Optional- Dance shoes or sneakers, scarf, yoga mat, pillow

Biofield Tuning-Talk and Tune with Gloriana- 
Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy method providing targeted nervous system relaxation, which can alleviate a wide range of health issues. In this class you will receive a live group Biofield Tuning session while getting cozy in your favorite restful spot at home. Gloriana will then work on the collection of energy, sharing information that intuitively comes up. Although this is a group session, our individual energy fields are present on her therapy table like files on a desktop rather than all in one soup. So no two energy fields interact, no worries you won’t pick up anybody’s bad juju. Biofield Tuning sessions can be a sleep aid which is why we have placed this as the last class of the day.
Needed for session: Hydrate the day before, Water, highly recommend wearing cozy clothing and being in a restful spot at home 

Saturday

MELT for Hatha Yoga with Edya- MELT makes your yoga practice more Strong, Safe and Serene.  In this class, we’ll use MELT rollers and balls to prepare for specific yoga poses, as well as integrating them into the gentle flow itself.  You’ll notice the difference right away: a new freedom of movement, a keen awareness of your center, and a deep vibration of breath that travels from your head to your feet. Come prepared to experience your favorite asana in a new way!  
Needed for session: roller, soft ball, large firm ball, yoga mat, large folded towel or yoga blanket, resistance band or yoga strap

EFT with Stacy- Release your worries with Emotional Freedom Technique! EFT is a revolutionary method that helps you gain more access your authentic self as you release anxieties, worries and self-limiting beliefs. In this hour-long class you will learn and practice the technique which you can use on your own as a powerful tool of self-care. Come heal your nervous system and help foster your mind/body connection!

MELT Neurostrength with Amanda- Using a variety of moves from the MELT Method library, we will be gaining stability in the shoulders, hips and core while incorporating sequences that help reduce stress and instill a sense of whole-body health.
Needed for session: MELT Soft Roller, MELT Soft Ball, MELT Resistance Band

Reset. Release. Restore.  with Adriana- Begin your journey towards healing on all levels – physical, emotional, energetic, genetic, mental, and spiritual.  Wmust choose to take part in our own healing to achieve balance of the body, mind and spirit.  With this awareness, one’s healing process has begun. Join Adriana! Through breath, clearings, activations, and accessing your inner knowing, create more joy, greater ease, and bliss. 

MELTed Pilates with Hallee-  MELTed Pilates improves alignment and allows for increased stability and improved mobility – the cornerstones of the Pilates method.  When you add MELT to your Pilates mat class, you experience an immediate change in alignment and awareness. In other words, you get to sense how your body feels when it’s in a more ideal state. You also tap into your neurocore, which regulates your body’s reflexive and rooting mechanisms. When your core is working efficiently and your connective tissue is hydrated properly, performance and execution improves. Hallee will teach you to notice a deeper connection in your body and to your Pilates practice. No previous Pilates experience required!
Needed for session: Full MELT Roller, Water, Hand towel

Groove & sing-a-long with Kerrie- Sing along out loud (with microphone muted) and Dance to some super recognizable, fun, lip sync favorites! Can’t sing and don’t like to dance?  NO WORRIES you will have fun anyway!
Needed for session: ALL Optional- Dance shoes or sneakers, scarf, prop to use as microphone, yoga mat, pillow

Fun Games and Mocktails/Cocktails with Kerrie- unwind with a celebratory drink and/or snacks and enjoy a fun interactive, light-hearted game or two! 

Sunday 

MELT & Primal Movement with Nancy-  Limber up your spine with a combination of MELT and primal movement. Release your wild psoas and let your inner spirit soar! MELT, slither, slide to allow pent up emotional and physical tension to be set free!

Closing Circle- This is your opportunity to share a bit more about yourself, your business or take-a-ways from the weekend.

MELT Intro Workshop

Learn simple self-care techniques you can use every day to make your whole body feel better and function more efficiently. This 90-minute class will introduce the MELT Method, a unique self-treatment approach that uses specialized soft foam rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, and learn how to keep your whole body working better. The MELT Whole-Body Treatment techniques are easy to learn, and will help you remain active, healthy and pain-free for life!  Sign up for a scheduled workshop or set up your own.  I travel all over Western MA and can help you set up a workshop in your facility. $35 pp


Registration & Cancellation Policy

Registration for a workshop or program requires pre payment. I will hold a spot for you for one week awaiting payment, then have to free up the spot for someone else. If you cancel more than week before I will refund your money minus a $3 processing fee. If you cancel less than 1 week before and I do not fill your spot, no refund will be given. If you do not show up, no refund or make up classes will be given.


MELT Hand & Foot Workshop

This is a great introduction to the MELT Method.  Learn simple techniques done with small rubber balls that will make your whole body feel better.  Just by treating the hands and feet, you can begin to see a difference in the way your body feels and functions.  Set up a hand and foot workshop in your home or studio!  Book a private workshop at LifeDance, if there are 5 or more people the price will be $25 pp. Sessions last 60 minutes.


MELT Home Parties

Set up a MELT home party and wow your guests with how great they feel afterwards!  Hand and Foot treatment parties are an opportunity for you to have a gathering of your friends, an innovative party, or a family get together with a theme that no one else has done, yet!  Everyone will learn the MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Technique and go home with their own kit. Rates are per person and we provide the teacher and the kits in your location or ours. Your guests will float home and praise you for how good they feel! Great for Bachelor and Bridal parties, Special Milestone birthdays, Girls Night Out, After-race or competition celebrations, School PTO/PTA events, Even Sweet 16s!  Approximately 60 mins  Cost $25pp  Hostess FREE


MELT Private Sessions

MELT private sessions are for the individual that needs a lot of one on one attention that may not be met in a group setting. Sessions last 60 minutes

Private Session $125 /Hr


MELT Zoom Sessions

MELT Zoom sessions are ideal for students who can’t get to the studio for a class. Must have your own MELT equipment and good internet connection. $100/hour
